Department Overview
The Retail division is dedicated to delivering financial solutions that cater to the unique needs of our clients. We empower individuals to manage their finances effectively and achieve their financial aspirations through a diverse array of products and services, including deposits, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, as well as investment and wealth advisory services.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop Comprehensive User Journeys
- Design end-to-end C360 Workflows for the Single Customer View (SCV) and Leads Management tool, aligning with the overarching business strategy.
- Advocate for business interests and requirements concerning the C360 development from both SCV and Leads Management perspectives.
2. Formulate Business Processes
- Establish detailed user journeys for all pertinent business processes related to SCV and the Leads Management tool within the C360 program.
3. Create Business Requirements
- Develop a Business Requirements Document (BRD).
- Collaborate with the Tech and Operations Program Manager and functional Business Analysts to structure and sequence various builds for SCV and Leads.
- For each build, prepare the business requirements document, business case, and support the Tech & Operations Functional Business Analysts in suggesting adjustments to requirements when necessary.
4. Revise the Business Case
- Update the business case to reflect evolving requirements and user feedback.
- Revise key deliverables such as the Investment Proposal, BRD, Business Case, and User Adoption Plan.
5. Oversee Project Execution and Team Management
- Serve as the primary contact for Senior Stakeholders regarding the Service Request module within the C360 Program.
- Manage a team of 1-2 Business Specialists focused on the SCV and Leads Management module.
- Report directly to the Business PM Program Manager.
- Collaborate closely with the Tech & Operations team, including Functional Business Analysts and Project Managers.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree, preferably in business or marketing.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in retail or consumer banking is preferred.
- Familiarity with user journey design, end-to-end sales processes, and/or leads management processes is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of the local financial advisory ecosystem.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in project management and technology, with a preference for an agile approach.
