About the Role:

The Concierge is a vital part of our team, responsible for responding to a wide range of guest requests with accuracy and personal touch. This role requires a unique blend of technical skills, business acumen, and interpersonal savvy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services, such as transportation, reservations, or dry cleaning, by making arrangements or identifying suitable providers.
  • Provide personalized recommendations and insights to guests, ensuring maximum satisfaction while adhering to Four Seasons policies.
  • Gather, summarize, and provide information to guests about the property and surrounding area amenities, including special events and activities.
  • Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns, and contact the relevant individual or department as necessary to resolve issues.
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager, and complete safety training and certifications.
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address their service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation.

Requirements:

  • Open to entry-level candidates with a Diploma in Hospitality or equivalent.
  • Advantageous to have 1 year of relevant experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Good organizational skills, ability to prioritize workload, and handle pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software and Internet.
  • Pleasant disposition with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Opera System would be an added advantage.
  • Able to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
