Subsea Commercial Manager

This role involves leading the commercial development and execution of subsea services, diving systems portfolio and managing key client relationships. You will support the implementation of commercial strategies, coordinate tender processes and ensure commercial deliverables are aligned with business and operational goals.

Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of commercial strategies in line with overall business objectives.
- Coordinate and prepare proposals, bids, and tender submissions for offshore subsea and diving-related projects.
- Assist in reviewing and negotiating contracts, including terms and pricing.
- Monitor contract compliance, cost control, and profitability across awarded projects.
- Assist in developing pricing models and financial analysis to support commercial decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil) or related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial or business development roles within offshore subsea construction, underwater contracting, or SURF/subsea operations.
- Experience in preparing tender packages, managing client accounts, and supporting contract negotiations.
