Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving commercial growth and executing our subsea services portfolio. Your responsibilities will include managing client relationships, coordinating tender processes, and ensuring commercial deliverables align with business objectives.

This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement commercial strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities, build strong relationships, and negotiate contracts that meet business needs.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust with clients and internal stakeholders. You will be responsible for monitoring contract compliance, cost control, and profitability across awarded projects.

  • Commercial Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement commercial strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Tender Management: Coordinate and prepare proposals, bids, and tender submissions for offshore subsea projects.
  • Contract Negotiation: Assist in reviewing and negotiating contracts, including terms and pricing, under guidance from senior management.
  • Contract Compliance: Monitor contract compliance, cost control, and profitability across awarded projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil) or related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial or business development roles within offshore subsea construction, underwater contracting, or SURF/subsea operations.
  • Experience in preparing tender packages, managing client accounts, and supporting contract negotiations.
