Job Title: Subsea Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Subsea Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of subsea services.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong background in subsea operations, with experience in project planning, execution, and resource management.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to oversee and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various departments and external stakeholders.
  • A proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing operational plans for subsea projects, overseeing subsea operations, and coordinating with various departments and external stakeholders. You will also be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years' experience in subsea operations, with a strong background in project planning, execution, and resource management.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to oversee and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various departments and external stakeholders.
