Job Title: Subsea Commercial Operations Manager

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the commercial growth and execution of our subsea services portfolio. Key responsibilities include managing client relationships, coordinating tender processes, and ensuring commercial deliverables align with business objectives.

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement commercial strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Commercial Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement commercial strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Tender Management: Coordinate and prepare proposals, bids, and tender submissions for offshore subsea projects.
  • Contract Negotiation: Assist in reviewing and negotiating contracts, including terms and pricing, under guidance from the Commercial Director.
  • Contract Compliance: Monitor contract compliance, cost control, and profitability across awarded projects.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil) or related discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial or business development roles within offshore subsea construction, underwater contracting, or SURF/subsea operations.
  • Skills: Experience in preparing tender packages, managing client accounts, and supporting contract negotiations.
