Job Title: Senior Subsea Operations Manager

Overview

This senior-level commercial position plays a pivotal role in driving business growth and development within the subsea services sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the commercial execution and strategy for our subsea IRM (Inspection, Repair, and Maintenance) and diving systems portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the implementation of commercial strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Coordinate and prepare proposals, bids, and tender submissions for offshore subsea and diving-related projects.
  • Assist in reviewing and negotiating contracts, including terms and pricing, under guidance from the Commercial Director.
  • Monitor contract compliance, cost control, and profitability across awarded projects.
  • Develop pricing models and financial analysis to support commercial decisions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil) or related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial or business development roles within offshore subsea construction, underwater contracting, or SURF/subsea operations.
  • Experience in preparing tender packages, managing client accounts, and supporting contract negotiations.
