Job Title:

Subsea Commercial Development Manager

This role involves managing key client relationships, coordinating tender processes, and ensuring commercial deliverables are aligned with business and operational goals.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Support the implementation of commercial strategies in line with overall business objectives.
  • Coordinate and prepare proposals, bids, and tender submissions for offshore subsea projects.
  • Assist in reviewing and negotiating contracts, including terms and pricing, under guidance from the Commercial Director.
  • Monitor contract compliance, cost control, and profitability across awarded projects.
  • Assist in developing pricing models and financial analysis to support commercial decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with key clients, partners, and vendors.
  • Attend client meetings, conferences, and presentations to represent the company and support business development activities.
  • Monitor market trends and identify potential opportunities in coordination with the Commercial Director.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil) or related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial or business development roles within offshore subsea construction, underwater contracting, or SURF/subsea operations.
  • Experience in preparing tender packages, managing client accounts, and supporting contract negotiations.
