**What You Will Do:

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with top advertisers, ensuring retention and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain trusting relationships with key clients.

  2. Aquire a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements.

  3. Expand existing client relationships by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.

  4. Ensure timely delivery of correct solutions to key clients.

  5. Serve as the link between customers and internal teams.

  6. Resolve any issues faced by key clients and deal with complaints efficiently to maintain trust and protect revenue.

  7. Contribute to generating new sales that turn into long-lasting relationships.

  8. Manage regular meetings with key clients, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.

  9. Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development, account management, or related fields.
  • Strong performance marketing skills with auction-based marketplaces.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to form strong relationships with industry stakeholders.
  • Experience in new market development, managing value chain partners, and go-to-market strategies in new advertising deployments.
  • Ability to simplify and write consumer content to generate curiosity and engagement.
  • Expertise in developing digitally-focused business solutions and strategy.
  • Experience working on various social communication channels.
  • Hands-on experience in writing online content, speeches, and other forms of communication.
  • Stakeholder engagement to drive alignment with stakeholders and markets.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
