**Team Summary**

The Consumer Solutions group manages the deployment and optimization of Visa s core products base consisting of Credit, Debit and Prepaid payments solutions as well as Engagement Solutions and the benefits platforms that function across all product categories - together, these are Visa s core products. The team is also responsible for the development and deployment of innovation across this product suite. To do this, we work in close partnership with Visa clients and key Visa stakeholders. We are also the team responsible for leading the transition of conventional card-based solutions onto digital form factors, ensuring Visa payments solutions remain the market-leading way for consumers to spend their money and manage their payments across the Asia-Pacific region

What the **Senior Director, Engagement Solutions (Loyalty) **does at Visa:
Visa s **Senior Director, Engagement **Solutions **(Loyalty) **in AP is the ambassador of everything loyalty-related in the region. Reporting to the Head of Consumer Solutions in AP, the Senior Director, will manage the delivery of a Value Added Service revenue target against Loyalty for the region and will lead the charge in helping front-line sales colleagues across all AP markets to embed our solutions successfully within our clients portfolios. As part of this, the Senior Director will help Visa internal sales teams represent the Visa / partner value proposition and sell the economic value of our partnerships to Visa clients as part of competitive pitches and RFPs

Leading a team of direct and dotted line reports in Singapore and across AP, and working closely with Visa s Loyalty partners as well as regional and global counterparts, you will take ownership for a suite of existing solutions as well as responsibility for their evolution and the development of new capabilities. The role involves being both an advocate for our partners internally and acting as the Visa / partner specialist to Visa clients. You will develop the Loyalty narrative for the region, ensuring the solutions and their content are easily understandable and consumable both internally and externally. You will deliver internal education on the holistic value proposition, thought leadership and - depending on market need
- will participate in direct selling of our solutions.

As Engagement Solutions Product Owner in Asia Pacific, you will be responsible for the full marketing/product mix - development - commercial and technical, pricing, content creation, education, selling, billing, general client and partner management and importantly, thought leadership.

- Leadership of loyalty initiatives across Visa s loyalty partners, Visa Sales Operations and market business development teams to identify, prioritize and execute against a sales pipeline for Visa s partnership Loyalty proposition across all Visa clients to grow, protect and win Visa payments business
