Role Overview

The Strategic Account Manager will be responsible for developing and executing engagement strategies to deepen relationships with key corporate customers, drive strategic partnerships, and enhance customer engagement to support IFS CAPITAL LIMITED's objectives.

This role involves identifying growth opportunities, expanding wallet share, and promoting cross-selling of financial products to meet revenue targets. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in Corporate or SME banking, or similar roles in financial services, and possess strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Engagement Strategies: Develop and execute engagement strategies to deepen relationships and maximize revenue from strategic accounts.
  • Identify New Opportunities: Identify new opportunities for Supply Chain Financing, Factoring, and cross-selling of other relevant financial products.
  • Innovative Solutions and Collaborations: Develop and initiate partnerships that enhance revenue through innovative solutions and collaborations.
  • Regular Visits and Reviews: Conduct regular visits and reviews for strategic accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Serve as the primary contact for inquiries, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • SCF and Factoring Revenue Growth: Increase SCF and factoring revenue from strategic customers.
  • Referrals and Partnerships: Drive referrals and partnerships to boost cross-sell revenue.
  • Customer Engagement and Satisfaction: Maintain high engagement and achieve strong customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in Corporate or SME banking, or similar roles in financial services.
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain Finance: Knowledge of supply chain finance and factoring is advantageous.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
