Main Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining seamless communication with key stakeholders regarding learning needs and program updates.
  • Employing robust administrative skills to track, record, and file training records efficiently.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to support hotel audits and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Cultivating a supportive learning environment and contributing to other HR-related initiatives.
  • Nurturing partnerships with external stakeholders to address organization-wide learning needs.
  • Developing a comprehensive learning plan and conducting thorough needs assessments.
  • Oversight of annual training expenditures.
  • Sourcing and managing external partners for learning and development matters.
  • Designing and updating employee orientation materials.
  • Facilitating employee onboarding processes.
  • Monitoring employee training calendars and coordinating internal and external training programs.
  • Gathering post-training feedback and assessing the effectiveness of training initiatives.
