Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Professional to lead the design, implementation, and delivery of training programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of adult learning methodologies, instructional design principles, and learning management systems.

  • Design and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules that meet the needs of employees at all levels.
  • Conduct training needs analysis to identify gaps in employee skills and knowledge and develop targeted learning solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between learning programs and business goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make necessary adjustments.
Minimum Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Learning and Development, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in learning and development or training roles.
  • Strong knowledge of learning theories, instructional design principles, and adult learning methodologies.
  • Experience in designing and delivering training programs.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
