Learning Development Professional

As a key member of the team, you will assist the Director in developing and implementing Learning and Development strategies to drive capability growth within the organization. This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to build learning partnerships and co-develop innovative solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and take initiative.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Learning and Development strategies in conjunction with the Director
- Collaborate with HR and other stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop partnerships with academic institutions and training providers
- Support the planning and operationalization of Learning and Development initiatives
- Work closely with learning partners and vendors to develop curriculum and deliver learning content
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and track participation rates and return on investment
Requirements:
- Possess a degree in a related field
- Takes initiative and can work independently
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
