Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Curriculum Manager, you will be responsible for creating and implementing effective training plans, conducting training sessions, and evaluating program effectiveness. Your duties will also include:
• Developing and maintaining training materials and resources
• Conducting on-site quality audits with instructors
• Setting and maintaining instruction standards and protocols
Curriculum Improvement:
We are seeking a team player who can work collaboratively with our curriculum development team to improve lesson plans and programs. Key responsibilities include:
• Organizing current lesson plans and programs with clear outcomes and learning goals
• Working with the team to improve lessons and programs
• Providing internal training to the customer service and sales teams
Management Reporting:
You will be responsible for submitting monthly training reports, feedback, and audit reports in a timely manner. Additionally, you will review and develop new OJT blueprints with improvements and up-to-date information.
Project Management:
This role involves managing ad hoc projects and special assignments as directed by management. You will work independently and as part of a team to deliver results-driven projects.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
• A degree or diploma in any discipline
• Relevant experience in training, childcare/student care teaching, and supervision, as well as training delivery
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
