As a Learning and Development Professional, you will be responsible for planning and organizing training programs, workshops, and courses to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate training schedules, bookings, and venue arrangements to ensure seamless delivery of training sessions.
- Maintain accurate records of staff training and update databases to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare high-quality training materials and provide support to trainers during sessions to ensure effective learning outcomes.
- Assist with feedback surveys, reports, and other administrative tasks related to learning and development.
Requirements:
- Diploma in any discipline or equivalent qualification.
- Relevant experience in Training coordination or a related field.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and concisely.
Able to work independently and as part of a team, with strong interpersonal and people management skills. Possess excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Knowledge of Psychology and Teaching principles is an added advantage.
