We are seeking a skilled Customer Service and Administrative Assistant to join our team at WSH Experts Pte. Ltd.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and providing top-notch customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the reception counter, handling general office administrative tasks, and supporting housekeeping duties.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service support to students, teachers, parents, and visitors
  • Manage the reception counter, ensuring it remains clean, tidy, and presentable
  • Handle general office administrative tasks, including receiving and directing incoming mail/packages and goods
  • Liaise with the Security Officer to ensure smooth operations
  • Support housekeeping duties, including maintaining the mail trays and form trays
  • Assist in data entry, record keeping, and filing of documents
  • Support school events and any duties assigned by the school

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Familiarity with first aid procedures and ability to administer basic first aid when needed

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of SGD $40,000 - $50,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with opportunities for professional growth and development.
