About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Service Administrator.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience in a customer-facing role, with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of sales agreements, invoices, billings, and documentation for sales and financing transactions.
  • Update administrative data in systems and maintain records of such data, including general record keeping and filing duties.
  • Coordinate and liaise with customers to schedule workshop appointments.
  • Contact customers to respond to inquiries and follow up with existing customer cases.
  • Provide internal stakeholders with necessary administrative support and undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Minimum O/N level holder
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a customer-facing role
  • Proficient in MS Office and computerized accounting systems
