Customer Service Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Service Administrator.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience in a customer-facing role, with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the preparation of sales agreements, invoices, billings, and documentation for sales and financing transactions.
- Update administrative data in systems and maintain records of such data, including general record keeping and filing duties.
- Coordinate and liaise with customers to schedule workshop appointments.
- Contact customers to respond to inquiries and follow up with existing customer cases.
- Provide internal stakeholders with necessary administrative support and undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Minimum O/N level holder
- Minimum 1 year experience in a customer-facing role
- Proficient in MS Office and computerized accounting systems
