About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service and Administrative Assistant to join our team at MVCI Asia Pacific PTE. LTD.

This is a full-time position with an estimated salary of SGD 3,500 - SGD 4,200 per month, depending on experience.

Job Description

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide exceptional customer service to guests visiting our Sales Gallery.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Receiving and registering guests in a timely and professional manner;
  2. Providing information and answering inquiries about our products and services;
  3. Maintaining accurate records and reports as required;
  4. Performing administrative tasks, such as data entry and inventory management;
  5. Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations;
  6. Ensuring high standards of appearance and professionalism at all times;
  7. Managing cash operation accounts and reporting discrepancies to the Finance department;
  8. Maintaining the Sales Gallery facilities, property, and assets to a high standard;
  9. Ordering and managing inventory, including handling invoices and payment;
  10. Completing reports required for sales and encore operations;
  11. Performing other tasks as assigned by the Sales & Gallery Support Manager/Assistant Gallery Manager and the Sales Manager.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in customer service and preferably in the hospitality industry;
  • Diploma or above preferred, though not essential;
  • Good computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office and Excel;
  • Knowledge of English or Mandarin Language is essential for effective communication with guests;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
