About the Role
The Temporary Customer Service and Administrative Assistant will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone and email, providing exceptional service to clients, and supporting administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and filing.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer service through effective communication and issue resolution
- Handling customer inquiries via phone and email
- Supporting administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and filing
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Min. 2 years of administrative experience or equivalent qualification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Location
The role is located island-wide with various locations available including North - Sembawang, West - Jurong East, East - Tampines, and Central - Bishan/Maxwell.
Salary
The salary range for this position is $2,000 - $2,400 per month.
Commitment
We require a minimum commitment of 1.5 months for this temporary assignment.
