Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a detail - orientated and organized Temporary Administrative Staff to provide support while our staff is on maternity leave. This position is responsible for assisting in the smooth executive of training courses and workshops.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare course materials for classes and ensure timely distribution.
  • Send class confirmation details to trainers and coordinate their requirements.
  • Submit participant name lists to security for access clearance.
  • Book rooms for training sessions and manage related logistics.
  • Assist with room set-up prior to classes, ensuring all equipment and materials are ready.
  • Update and maintain the course calendar to reflect schedules sessions and changes.

Requirements:

  • Strong organization skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Good communication skills for liaising with various stakeholders.
  • Prior experience in administrative roles preferred.
