Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and courteous administrative assistant to manage our front desk and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will be our company's first point of contact, ensuring a positive experience for visitors, clients, and employees.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, taking messages as necessary.
  • Greet visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Regularly wash and maintain the coffee machine.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies, arranging for purchases when inventory is low.
  • Keep track of stocks for toilet and pantry items, purchasing twice monthly or as needed.
  • Check the stationery cupboard and purchase items as required.
  • E-fileing of agreements, contracts, invoices, etc.,
  • Raise payments in Netsuite daily.

Job Requirements:

  • Min. GCE ‘A’ Level/ Higher Nitec
  • Able to commit for 6 months
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of office management and procedures, including Microsoft Suite
