We are a leading outsourcing solutions provider seeking a seasoned account manager to drive high-value partnerships and revenue growth. Our ideal candidate will possess exceptional relationship-building skills, business acumen, and experience in managing complex projects.

Job Summary:

The Strategic Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and strengthening relationships with current VIP clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing projects, and expanding project volumes to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with current VIP clients
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing projects
  • Expand project volumes and initiatives to drive revenue growth
  • Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables for specific projects
  • Streamline and optimize project workflows to ensure smooth operations
  • Coordinate with internal teams to track project statuses and address bottlenecks or delays
  • Act as a key point of contact for VIP clients, assisting with inquiries and providing timely responses
  • Provide tailored support for VIP clients, ensuring their expectations are exceeded and their mining activities are optimized

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, account management, or client relations
  • Strong understanding of the Web3 industry and products and services
  • Proven experience in managing relationships with high-value clients (VIPs), partners, and vendors
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to track progress, mitigate risks, and ensure project success
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with mining hash rate and other technical aspects of the cryptocurrency mining ecosystem is a plus

Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience
