As a seasoned professional, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer support and guidance to our esteemed clientele.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring timely resolution of complex issues with empathy and professionalism.
- Mentor junior team members in adopting best practices for operational excellence, fostering seamless workflow and efficient processes.
- Perform a range of administrative duties, including order processing transactions, data entry, and documentation tasks.
- Support operational improvements and customer satisfaction goals, consistently striving for excellence in every interaction.
- Communicate effectively with customers, addressing their inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a courteous and timely manner.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Possess at least 1 year of experience within the administrative function, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
- Showcase proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word, as well as basic knowledge of IT software and hardware.
- Display a strong commitment to teamwork, with the ability to work collaboratively towards shared goals and objectives.
- Be adaptable and flexible, with the capacity to commence work on short notice and commit to overtime when required.
