Customer Service Advocate

This is a key role in our organization where you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints through email and phone.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests within the expected turnaround time.
  • Communicate with policyholders and distribution representatives regarding claim decisions.
  • Assist in call-outs to distribution representatives and policyholders to provide basis of decision for concluded claims.
  • Manage appeals, feedbacks, and general complaints received from emails.
  • Resolve escalated cases assigned by Unit Head.
  • Recommend new methods to improve operational effectiveness and customer experience.
  • Provide guidance to junior staff members where required.
  • Other projects or ad-hoc assignments delegated by the Unit Head.
Requirements:
  • Diploma holder with at least 2 years of experience in Insurance Industry.
  • Professional Certification in Insurance advantageous.
  • 1 year of relevant working experience in complaint handling advantageous.
  • Experience in insurance industry with claim knowledge advantageous.

As a customer service advocate, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall satisfaction.
