Job Title: Customer Service Officer

">Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Follow up on customer pending orders, backorders, and shipment status to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Handle telephone calls, sales enquiries, sales reservations, customers' complaints, and discrepancies with professionalism and empathy.
  • Perform customer sales quotation entry and provide accurate pricing information.
  • Liaise with warehouse, shipping, and other departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in using computer software and systems, including JDE system.
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field is an asset.
