Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients via various channels.

Your primary goal will be to deliver a seamless and customer-centric experience across all touchpoints, in line with established service standards. You will respond promptly and professionally to customers' enquiries, requests, complaints, and feedback related to General and Life Insurance policies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and empathetic manner
  • Providing excellent customer service and support via phone, email, or other communication channels
  • Working closely with the management team to develop and implement effective customer service strategies

In addition to your technical skills and knowledge, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain patient and empathetic under pressure.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong educational background in Business Administration, Communications, Insurance, or a related field
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with proficiency in additional languages an advantage
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve issues efficiently
