
Global Customer Advocate

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely and accurate advice
Manage complex customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively, coordinating with various business units
Manage and mentor regional support teams, ensuring that all requirements are met
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and other business units
Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction, enhance company reputation and increase profitability through efficiencies and strategic alignment
Prepare periodic reports, documentations, and presentations as required
Ensure regulatory compliance in markets worldwide, working with vendors and customers to arrange necessary documentation
- Main Duties:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or vocational certification in Business or related fields
- Proven experience in sales support and customer account management
- Strong understanding of international sales and operations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Proficient in problem-solving, strategic planning, and change management
- Experience in stakeholder management, resource & budget planning, and business process optimization
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with Odoo and Microsoft systems is a plus
