Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Strategic HR Partner to join our team. As an integral member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in driving organizational growth and development.

The successful candidate will have prior experience in HR operations and advisory, with a good working knowledge of human resources processes and best practices in Singapore. You will be responsible for delivering operational and strategic HR solutions that align with business objectives, ensuring full awareness of and adherence to internal policies and employment legislation.

You will also be expected to analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and scope for improvements, automate and continuously improve HR processes, and maintain governance at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Prior experience and successful track record in HR Operations and Advisory
  • Good working knowledge of human resources processes and best practices in Singapore
  • Good understanding and application of local employment legislation
  • Attention to detail; analytical and numeracy skills including Advanced Excel and experience with HRIS
