
Digital Growth Specialist

As a key member of our Digital Business Growth Platforms team, you will play a vital role in driving the growth and maintenance of our online sales platforms.
The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, with the ability to utilise data analytics to gain new insights into customer behaviour and optimise existing business processes.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to execute projects that enhance the online purchase journeys with innovative and integrated features.
This includes acting as a platform owner to plan and implement strategic initiatives and feature developments on the online sales platforms.
Key responsibilities include defining and managing business requirements and feature roadmaps, using analytics and business data to analyse platform performance gaps and develop improvement plans.
- Support execution of projects exploring new capabilities and integrating digital experiences and marketing automation to create seamless journeys for customers.
- Work with design teams to improve platform user experience design, craft new journeys supporting new product launches.
- Coordinate, communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to shape, align and review user requirements and timelines.
- Follow test plans and perform user acceptance tests, update test results with proper documentation and sign off on implementations.
- Investigate and troubleshoot platform issues to provide clear and timely root cause analysis for customer service teams.
- Develop business plans to obtain buy-in for projects, possess strong analytical skills to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touch points.
- Perform data analytics to gain new insight into customer behaviour and optimisation of existing business processes to deliver a better customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Degree in IT or Business
- At least 3-5 years of working experience in project management and business requirement gathering, or 1-2 years of experience in the Insurance Industry, either in digital platform operations or IT aspect
- Savvy in the application of latest technology
- Exposure to analytics and/or Business Intelligence is a value-added advantage
- Familiar with user acceptance testing and workflow management platforms
- Experience in building business plans/cases for projects
- Proactive, resourceful, innovative and creative thinker able to engage stakeholders from different business domains
- Ability to work with partners across the organisation to define the end-state of customer experiences
