**Growth Architects at BCGDV**
Growth Architects are responsible for incubating growth thinking into our ventures at every stage, from ideation to customer adoption. They continuously seek to evolve the industry standard for growth marketing best practices, rapidly inventing transformative new strategies to validate, launch, and scale ventures. Their work spans across product, marketing, and technology, and they drive successful growth by leveraging the symbiotic relationship that exists between them. Through a hypothesis-driven, rapid test and learn approach, they strategize, implement, and execute go-to-market activities that ensure best in class customer acquisition, engagement and retention.
As a **Growth Architect Lead **and a founding member of the Growth Architect cohort at BCGDV Singapore, you will lead the charge on growth and marketing strategy for the diverse ventures that we build in the SEA region. You are someone who enjoys the 0-1 journey, and running hypotheses-driven lean experiments translating to actionable insights and driving business growth.
**In this role you will**:
**Lead the charge on growth strategy and vision**
- Spearhead growth strategy, execution, and optimization across our digital businesses, both B2B and B2C at all stages to develop sustainable multi-channel growth levers for acquisition, activation, retention, referral and revenue.
- Own revenue (including growth models and marketing budgets) as the ultimate metric with a focus on core KPIs such as CAC, ROI, LTV and loss ratio.
- Demonstrate thought leadership across all stages of the BCG Digital Ventures business model, including innovation, product development, incubation and commercialisation.
- Lead the GTM strategy to launch the venture, including brand, partnerships, comms, marketing and PR.
**Lead and run lean experiments, testing core hypotheses and synthesising key findings**:
- Define, lead, analyse, and optimize A/B and multivariate tests
- Implement market viability tests, price testing, competitor research and branding tests
- Convert insights into action - see customer acquisition process through from ideation to execution
**Define and own marketing strategy**:
- Guide holistic lead generation and nurturing campaigns, leveraging marketing automation and CRM functionalities.
**Leverage state-of-art marketing technology to drive actionable insights across the funnel**
- Lead data infrastructure including marketing analytics (channel, attribution, etc.), product analytics (product features, activation, retention, etc.), growth analytics (cohort analysis, lifecycle, LTV, etc.), CRM and marketing automation, to name a few.
- Vet and build out our growth marketing tech stack partnerships, leveraging personal network and best-in-class digital tools to drive competitive advantage.
**Build, operationalise and strengthen DV’s internal growth capability**
- Prepare growth strategy documents, frameworks, and guidelines for internal and external use
- Identify, recruit and train the next generation of Growth Architects
- Showcase Growth capabilities both internally (globally), and with DV Partners and VA Directors in business development ahead of, as well as throughout, client engagements
**You should have**:
- 8+ years’ total experience in growth marketing in startups or similar environments and/or digital agencies working with startup clients.
- Demonstrated expertise in building, leading and implementing successful growth and go-to-market strategies from scratch - ideally someone who is familiar with 0->1 growth.
- 2+ years’ experience in leading and managing a small team of marketers and growth managers, for instance with agencies or execution partners/teams.
- Proven experience owning the end-to-end growth funnel from acquisition to revenue, championing lean experiments and state-of-art technology to drive actionable insights across the funnel.
- Demonstrated success in defining marketing strategy and scaling digital business through cross channel user acquisition, conversion and retention initiatives.
- Deep channel expertise in the entire growth and marketing mix, from performance marketing and partnerships to content and brand
- Advanced analytical skills and an ability to think strategically and creatively: analyse, synthesise, recommend and make data-informed actions
- Prior experience working alongside, influencing and managing key stakeholders through persuasive written and verbal communication.
