We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our sales team as a Digital Transformation Specialist. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving customer success and growth through strategic advice and consultative sales.
As a Digital Transformation Specialist, you will be responsible for managing new customer portfolios, delivering against assigned customer goals, and providing strategic advice to help our advertisers get the best return on their investment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital advertising, consultative sales, or related fields, with a proven track record of driving customer success and growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage new customer portfolios and deliver against assigned customer goals
- Provide strategic advice to help our advertisers get the best return on their investment
- Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and program teams to deliver seamless customer handovers
- Implement creative ways to improve our customer relationships and tailor performance-enhancing suggestions
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 2 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing roles
- Preferred qualifications: 3 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or management consulting; 3 years of experience in a client-facing role in Australia/New Zealand; ability to reach out proactively to customers/cold calling, helping customers to add value to their business
