As Digital Marketing Specialist, you will own the strategy and execution of digital marketing campaigns and initiatives on social platforms. Your goal is to help increase brand awareness, consideration and customer conversions, while maximizing the returns.

You are accountable for building digital marketing plans and are responsible for ROI evaluation and reporting for these campaigns. You will be responsible for the digital customer touchpoints (such as the websites, ecommerce platforms, etc) for the brand and will work closely with different stakeholders to ensure the best customer experience.

**_Roles & Responsibilities_**
- Design various digital and social media marketing strategies to build awareness and drive consideration for business;
- Create and manage the social media accounts and communication platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp, etc.) to build engagement with consumers, generate leads and enrolments, and handle customer feedback;
- Manage different marketing channels and use search engine optimisation (SEO) to generate traffic;
- Develop and work with external vendors to develop both print and digital marketing collaterals, such as e-banners, videos, and audios;
- Conduct copywriting for both internal and external corporate communications, such as brochures, social media posts, and more.
**_Required Experience & Skills_**
- Experience in marketing and content writing is an advantage
- Good working knowledge/experience in using Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and Google Analytics, and working with bloggers and social influencers
- Good written communication skills in both English and Chinese languages to handle different customer groups
- Minimum Local Diploma or Degree in Business/Marketing/Communications Studies (or equivalent) disciplines
- Resourceful, creative, independent and ability to work well under deadlines
- Confident speaker and writer, with strong interpersonal skills

**Salary**: From $3,200.00 per month
