Digital Marketing & Social Media (Meta ads) Specialist

As a Meta Ads Expert and Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing advanced Meta ad campaigns using data-driven methodologies. Your role will involve utilizing machine learning algorithms to enhance ad targeting and performance, conducting comprehensive data analysis to identify trends and insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing strategies.

Your keen analytical skills will be crucial in developing and testing innovative ad creatives to maximize engagement and conversions. You will also explore new strategies and techniques to stay ahead of industry trends. Your impact will be measured by your ability to increase click-through rates (CTR), decrease cost per acquisition (CPA), achieve a return on ad spend (ROAS) target, improve ad relevance scores on Meta platforms, and increase conversion rates from Meta ads within a stipulated time. You will aim to generate the maximum number of leads/sales per month through Meta ad campaigns.

To qualify, you should have proven experience in designing and managing Meta and Google ad campaigns, strong proficiency in data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning, and excellent analytical skills. Experience in digital marketing strategies, including social media, SEO, and content marketing, as well as proficiency in marketing analytics tools and CRM systems, is required.
