Job Description:The Revenue Operations Analyst plays a crucial role in driving growth, operational clarity, and efficiency across the GTM team's full client lifecycle. This position involves alignment with various stakeholders to avoid standalone operational teams' risks and inefficiencies.
We are seeking an individual with strong data and analytics skills to own current processes and develop new ideas that fast-track value-adds for revenue growth. This includes building out a revenue operations model, tracking conversion rates, executing sales forecasting, and developing processes to enable effective marketing planning and forecasting.
This role requires excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as experience with cross-functional project execution and performance improvement. You should be able to communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences and demonstrate innovation in all aspects of the job.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a revenue operations model to support business growth.
- Oversee the sales funnel, track conversion rates, and make recommendations for improvements.
- Execute weekly/monthly/quarterly sales forecasting to support sales leadership with data-driven insights.
- Design and implement processes for effective marketing planning and forecasting.
- Work with Digital Marketing Ops to ensure top-of-funnel activities are captured and tracked.
- Drive key operational metrics for the sales organization, such as quota attainment, pipeline coverage, and stage conversion rates.
- Support setup of core retargeting strategies.
- Analyze large datasets to gather insights required for key business decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, management information systems, or related discipline.
- 2-3+ years of related sales operations experience.
- Experience using CRM software, marketing automation tools, Tableau, and Adobe Applications.
- Effective management across multiple priorities and adapting to changing requirements.
- Data management skills and understanding of data transformation and visualization techniques.
