We are looking for a talented Channel Growth Specialist to drive sales growth and expand our channel partnerships.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in developing retail store business opportunities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To develop retail store business opportunities, including Sim Lim and other new retail business opportunities, pipeline leading to sales closure.
  • To identify and pursue prospects through direct mailing, cold-calling, and referral program.
  • To meet with prospects to understand their purchase requirements and decision making process criteria.
  • To provide value propositions and prepare quotations to support sales conclusion.
  • Continuous engagement of existing customers.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage with people at all levels.
  • Able to work independently and also a strong collaborative team player.
  • Ability to speak in Chinese as the incumbent requires to liaise with China HQ counterparts/personnel for work or project related matters.
  • Experienced in handling retail stores in Sim Lim will be an added advantage.
