**About the role**:
The Growth Marketing Specialist will be part of our aggressive acquisition strategy and drive interest from high-intent merchants for Oddle in our expansion plan. The role requires a strategic and hands-on approach, with a focus on increasing awareness, credibility, and usability of the Oddle platform through various marketing campaigns and initiatives.
You will be a key member of the regional Growth Marketing team and will work closely with other marketers in Singapore and across the region, as well as other departments to drive the visibility of Oddle in the market. This is a challenging and rewarding role for a driven, result-oriented marketer with a passion to make an impact in the F&B industry.
**What you'll do**:
- Develop and execute short and long-term multi-channel campaigns to drive a consistent flow of both inbound and outbound qualified leads for our SG, MY and Australia Sales teams
- Measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and campaigns for improving resource allocation, efficiency and revenue generation
- Develop a deep understanding of the markets (target personas and pain points) we are operating in, and the most effective marketing communications and engagement methods for engaging these groups
- Collaborate closely with all marketing departments (Product Marketing, Digital, and Content) to facilitate the execution and delivery of highly effective marketing initiatives your market and merchants.
- Provide feedback to the wider Oddle teams regarding the current state of the market, identifying both successful and unsuccessful practices, and highlighting any additional measures necessary to reinforce the growth strategy.
- Collaborate with external agencies to ensure monthly objectives are met.
**Who we're looking for**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or similar
- At least 2-3 years of integrated digital marketing experience as a results-driven marketer either from agency or in-house
- Strong project management skills, an excellent communicator who can manage and influence multiple stakeholders
- Possess a thorough understanding of full funnel and account-based marketing
- Strong analytical skills with a general interest in working with data, and able to translate data into meaningful & actionable insights
- Possess prior experience in collaborating and managing marketing agencies
- Able to influence cross-functional teams and champion new concepts and ideas
- Capable of excelling in a dynamic and ever-changing environment marked by ambiguity
