**Growth Marketing Specialist**

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to contribute to exciting projects focused on the newest product features of our technology client. Your role will involve collaborating with global, regional, and local Marketing Managers to drive campaign strategy and execution, establishing a strong foundation for growth marketing in the region.

In this role, you'll execute multi-channel growth marketing programmes and campaigns to drive user acquisition and retention. You'll design comprehensive action plans, collaborate with external agencies and internal stakeholders, analyse data, optimise performance, and excel in strategic problem-solving within a cross-functional environment.

Role:

- Support growth marketing for the client and its services in the region by executing campaigns, managing project localisation efforts, and collaborating with global, country, and cross-functional teams as well as external agencies.
- Identify and develop growth opportunities across the region, countries, channels, and functions.
- Align learning agendas, measure campaign performance, track acquisition and retention data, and own growth marketing analyses.
- Coordinate growth activations, facilitate communication between global marketing/product teams and country marketing teams, and ensure projects are on track by working closely with global and local teams.
- Project manage campaign execution, launch in-product growth experiments, and analyse campaign activations and aggregated reports.
- Streamline processes, find creative solutions to overcome barriers, and optimise resource utilisation.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation, deliver presentations, and communicate updates to core and cross-functional teams.
- Manage multiple stakeholders and provide regular status updates to cross-functional marketing teams.
- Support team operations, including business planning and capacity management.

You:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of marketing experience, including multi-stakeholder management across markets
- Industry experience working in the consumer-facing industry, consultancies, or an internet-based product or service
- Experience in growth marketing as well as project and campaign management
- Effective leadership and project management skills to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- Strong analytical and data analysis skills, with fluency in SQL.
- Strategic mindset and continuous curiosity, with a unique combination of data-driven decision-making and pragmatic bias for action.
- Demonstrated talent at building strong collaborative partnerships with cross-functional teams and being adept at influencing strategy and investments with insights and data.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communications and presentation skills and - ideally - fluent in another Asian language to cover projects across APAC.
