">About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Manager to lead our global HR operations team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the establishment of HR operations at a global level, setting up and communicating HRSD Level Agreements, performance metrics, and KPIs to ensure customer satisfaction goals are achieved.
Maintaining compliance with internal controls and auditing standards while following established procedures is essential.
This role involves managing priorities of various HRSD workstreams to ensure consistent and efficient service delivery.
Key responsibilities include driving automation initiatives, leveraging digital tools and RPA technology to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
In collaboration with Governance & Analytics teams, this role works on process improvement, business transformation, and enhancing customer service.
Evaluating monthly KPIs and data to derive actionable insights and presenting projects to management for evaluation is crucial.
Furthermore, this role manages HRSD resources, including People Management and budget allocation, to ensure operational sustainability.
To excel in this role, a Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is required.
A minimum of 10 years of managerial experience in HR Service Delivery Management across multiple geographies or at a global level is necessary.
Experience in setting up and managing a Service Delivery Centre across various global locations is also essential.
Prior leadership experience in HR Transformation, HR Operations, and Shared Services, particularly in a customer-centric environment, is key.
Proficiency in HR Information Systems, such as Oracle HCM or similar platforms, is necessary to leverage technology for improved service delivery.
Strong stakeholder management skills, change management experience, and the ability to drive process improvements are vital attributes.
