Overview
Global HR Operations & HRIS Lead will play a pivotal role in shaping and optimising HR process design, ensuring agility, seamless operations and compliance to support the company's global expansion. Working closely with country HRs and cross-functional partners, this role will drive the standardisation of HR operations, lead HRIS transformation projects and establish scalable processes that align with regulatory requirements and global business needs.
Responsibilities
HR Operations
- Lead the team in delivering high-quality, consistent, and efficient HR services throughout the employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding and employee records, etc.).
- Review and validate payroll prepared by country HRs/vendors, acting as a payroll process checker to ensure consistency, compliance, and accuracy across countries.
- Ensure standardisation and documentation of HR processes and SOPs across countries, with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with policies, processes, and personal data privacy regulations
- Support governance projects, ensuring HR operations align with regulatory and corporate governance standards.
HR Systems & Processes
- Lead HRIS implementation, integration and enhancement projects with agility, ensuring scalability and seamless connectivity with internal tools (e.g., Slack, Google Workspace, payroll systems, approval workflows etc).
- Collaborate with IT and vendors on system enhancements, integrations, and issue resolution.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the HRIS, including management of system governance and permission matrix.
HR Reporting & Analytics
- Manage the team responsible for regular HR reports and dashboards
- Ensure accurate and timely statutory submissions across different geographies.
- Provide insights and recommendations to management based on workforce
Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8+ years of progressive HR operations/HRIS experience, with exposure to multi-country HR operations.
- Solid understanding of employee lifecycle management, payroll governance, benefits administration, and HR compliance (including personal data privacy regulations).
- Proven experience in HRIS project management with demonstrated agility in lean-resource environments.
- Solution-driven mindset with track record of identifying challenges, designing practical solutions and implementing scalable processes.
