Human Resources Shared Services Manager


Job Description:

The ideal candidate will lead and oversee the entire Human Resources Shared Services Center operations worldwide, ensuring precision and care in managing employee life cycles, compensation, and benefits. This includes designing standardized HR policies and best practices tailored to our international footprint, aligning with local labor laws and regulations.

Responsibilities include driving the global compensation and benefits program through market research, crafting competitive structures, and managing benefits across diverse regions. The go-to expert for global HR inquiries, delivering prompt and effective solutions to enhance employee experience. Partner with regional HR and business partner teams to foster collaboration, unlock synergies, and execute impactful global HR initiatives.

Key characteristics of a successful candidate include fluency in Mandarin and English, excellent communication skills, and demonstrated success in creating and implementing global HR policies and procedures. Analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential to tackle complex HR challenges with data-driven insights. A positive, enthusiastic, and collaborative mindset is also crucial.
