Global HR Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for facilitating the growth and retention of our staff globally by implementing world-class HR operations systems and data.
Key Responsibilities:- Implementing and maintaining HR operations systems and data to support business growth and development.
- Ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, benefits administration, and statutory filings across all markets in collaboration with the Finance team.
- Managing employee relations cases with fairness and compliance.
- Delivering a seamless and enjoyable onboarding process that integrates new joiners into our company culture.
- Designing and executing team-building initiatives and culture enhancement programs to strengthen collaboration and belonging.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in HR operations.
- Strong familiarity with Google Workspace environment, especially Google Sheets and Slides.
- Hands-on experience supporting performance management cycles, career frameworks, and recognition programs.
- Managerial experience.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
