Singapore HARPS GLOBAL PTE. LTD. Full time

This role will start on a 1 year contract (convertible to permanent), leading and providing advice for all merger & acquisition (M&A) activities.

Reporting to the Managing Director, the HRBP will provide HR consulting services for the group of companies globally. Your main duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
**Compensation & Benefits**
- Review and recommend benefits/ allowances by country in alignment with total compensation philosophy
- Lead and structure local HR initiatives based on recommended localized compensation structures, including bonus schemes

**Workforce Planning and Strategy**
- Develop and lead change management strategy within the business to support the implementation of HR programs and initiatives
- Engage in strategic business planning to ensure successful implementation of HR programs and processes.
- Manage and lead projects to support organization-wide transformation initiatives
- Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning

**Other HR duties**
- Consult with line management to provide HR guidance when required
- Provide advice and support to Management in developing internal mobility programmes
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/ degree in Human Resources Management or any related field
- Minimum 10 years of relevantworking experience, with at least 5 years of experience in international/ multi-country (i.e. Singapore, U.S., and Europe) HR experience navigating employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices
- Demonstrated HR leadership skills with experience in designing and/ or implementing HR programs globally or within a large business unit.
- Great communication and organizational skills
- Self-starter with good attention to details
- Excellent project management and process development skills
