About the role:
Key Responsibilities:-
  • Build and unify HR standards and practices across 9 countries
  • Drive implementation and optimization of HRIS / HCM systems
  • Partner with local GMs on hiring, workforce planning, and org design
  • Articulate company values and embed culture into daily operations
  • Build training, development, and performance management systems
Requirements
  • Possess min 10 years of HR operations experience, with at least 5 years & above in a senior regional / global role covering especially in Asia
  • Strong hands on exprience in building & operating across diverse HR teams and business partnering with internal stakeholders across systems, recruitment, development, performance, and culture
  • Analytical and strategic leader, able to create impact-oriented goals focused on outcomes
  • Possess collaborative leadership style, strong and effective interpersonal communication skills
