Overview
Frazer Jones is delighted to be exclusively retained for a confidential search to appoint a Global Head of HR for a fast-growing, innovation-led company with global operations.
This is a newly created leadership role, reporting directly to the Global Chief Executive Officer, and will be instrumental in designing and building a global HR function from the ground up. The role is based in Singapore, with flexibility to work remotely and frequent international travel required.
Responsibilities
As a core member of the executive leadership team, the Global Head of HR will:
Lead the development and execution of the company\'s people strategy across multiple regions (US, Europe, Asia Pacific).
Build foundational HR infrastructure, design scalable and fit-for-purpose people processes, and enable business growth through culture, capability and organisational development.
Implement a global HRIS platform ensuring integration of efficient systems and data-led decision-making.
Oversee the full spectrum of HR including talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, rewards, and operational excellence, while aligning with commercial objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on and entrepreneurial HR leader with deep experience building HR from 0 to 1 in fast-paced environments. Requirements include:
Prior experience in SMEs or founder-led businesses with the pace, ambiguity, and resourcefulness required in such settings.
Proven track record in implementing global HRIS platforms and leading HR operational excellence.
Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English, with strong ability to operate and influence across diverse cultural environments.
Experience establishing and scaling offices in Singapore and other international markets is highly desirable.
Strategic mindset with the ability to drive execution at speed and influence C-suite stakeholders.
Prior HR experience in Singapore and a strong understanding of Singapore employment legislation and manpower regulations are mandatory.
Opportunity & Compensation
This is a rare opportunity to join a visionary organisation at scale-up stage, where you will be empowered to create lasting impact through leadership, innovation, and transformation.
Total compensation package for this role will be up to SGD 200,000 per annum, plus participation in the company's employee stock ownership plan (ESOPs).
