**As a Head of Global Human Resources at Flipster**

We are seeking a seasoned Head of Global Human Resources to spearhead HR strategies and support our international expansion. This role demands a leader capable of operating autonomously and adept at navigating the fast-paced dynamics of a startup environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Formulate and execute global HR strategies, aligning with business objectives and promoting organizational growth.
- Ensure standardization of HR practices and policies across all local and global offices to maintain consistency and compliance.
- Develop HR policies that foster a productive workplace culture and support our global expansion efforts.
- Administer benefit programs, ensuring they align with both local and international employment laws.
- Enhance HR processes and systems for increased efficiency and scalability, adapting them for a rapidly growing startup environment.
- Promote employee engagement and uphold diversity and inclusion across all office locations, with standardized initiatives and practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record in strategic HR management within a global setting.
- Strong capability to work independently and remain motivated in a dynamic and evolving environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English.
- Demonstrated experience in crafting and executing HR policies across multiple geographic locations.

**Preferred**:

- Familiarity with IT startups, cryptocurrency exchange industry, or related fields.
- Proven background in setting up HR frameworks in fast-paced startup environments.
