
HR Business Partner

Job Description:
We are looking for a HR Business Partner (Tech) who will be responsible for various aspect of key HR responsibilities, including but not limited to strategic HR alignment, employee engagement and relations, talent development and management, change management policies and compliance, compensation and benefits, HR Metrics and Reporting as well as Community Building.
You will partner with various corporate HR functions such as People Experience & Operations to align and promote HR policies, processes and best practices, as well as partnering with the Talent Acquisition team to support the growth of the organization ranging from supporting headcount planning, and conducting interviews, to job architecture design.
**Responsibilities**:
- Understand the products and business deeply to develop good business acumen.
- Develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Standardize policies and processes across the organization and nurture a positive working environment.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Partner with the Talent Management Team & People Experience and Operations team on the recruitment and selection process
- Partner with the People Experience and Operations team to align and promote HR policies
- Create plan for newcomers to assess smooth integration for Tech onboarding on top of local HR onboarding.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human resources.
- Together with HR leadership, develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, metrics and procedures across the organization.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Advise department head on “Needs & Issues” and provide mitigation options.
- Support organizational design and operational processes.
**Requirements**:
- At least 2 - 3 years of HR experience in Tech environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Highly organized with a high level of drive and integrity.
- Meticulous, numerically inclined with a keen analytical ability.
- Hands-on and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment to meet tight deadlines.
- A team player with strong sense of responsibility & possess good organizing skill.
- Cheerful, pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Work independently with minimum supervision and a dedicated team player.
