(What the role is)
As part of the Global Workforce team, you will be responsible for driving key manpower policy-making and decision-making for a global workforce residing across 23 countries, passionate about growing Singapore enterprises.

(What you will be working on)

  • Analyze current and future business needs, review and develop strategies in HR domains such as talent acquisition, global mobility, and compensation and benefits.
  • Partner with global leaders and managers to support operational people matters and advise on manpower plans related to talent acquisition, management, and development.
  • Support subsidiaries in benchmarking, aligning, and implementing HR best practices across various domains including employee engagement, talent acquisition, retention, career development, and benefits.

(What we are looking for)

Candidates with 3-5 years of HR or related experience, with a strong record in business partnering and developing HR policies for a global workforce.

In addition, candidates should have:

  • Passion for people-related matters and a desire to positively impact Singapore enterprises;
  • Drive, creativity, agility, and a capacity for continuous improvement;
  • Ability to switch effectively between strategic and operational work;
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills.
