Summary:
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as a strategic partner to specific business units, aligning HR strategies with business objectives to drive organizational success. The HRBP will work closely with leadership to develop and implement HR initiatives that support the growth and development of the organization.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership:
- Collaborate with business unit leaders to understand their goals and challenges and develop HR strategies that support business objectives.
- Provide expert HR guidance and support to management and employees on a wide range of HR issues.
Organizational Development:
- Drive organizational change initiatives and support the development of a positive organizational culture.
- Lead and manage change management projects to ensure smooth transitions and mínimal disruption.
Employee Relations:
- Address and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Provide coaching and support to managers on employee performance and conduct issues.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collect and analyse HR data to provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Monitor key HR metrics and prepare reports for management review.
HR Programs and Policies:
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and programs that support the organization’s goals.
- Oversee employee benefits, compensation, and engagement programs.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a HRBP role.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software.
Preferred Qualifications:
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
- Experience working in a multinational or large-scale organization.
- Project management experience.
