We are looking for a HR Operations Manager based in Singapore, to deliver operational excellence across the Asia Pacific and Middle East region. You are someone who understands how to solve problems by being a true partner and consultant to business leaders and employees. Preferred experience managing India offshore team with strong track record of successful delivery of HR projects.

This is a hands-on role and to be successful in this role, you should have extensive HR business partnering, project management and operational experience.

**People Initiatives and HR Projects**
- Drive the implementation of regional and global people priorities, that is aligned with business and HR strategy, focusing on enhancing employee experience and increase employee engagement.
- Lead and execute HR projects such as Employee Engagement Survey, onboarding experience, performance management, reporting dashboard and other special projects.
- Lead HR workstream for geo expansion to ensure successful operationalisation.
- Identify operational efficiency projects that provide material value and positive impact to the business.
- Ability to business partner with senior leadership, functional leads and collaborate with regional HR Business Partners and CoE leads to deliver programs of work.

**HR Optimisation and Service Delivery**
- Develop and drive roadmap of operational changes for Asia and Middle East.
- Provide guidance and advise to regards to processes delivered in country.
- Perform regular quality assurance reviews of processes.
- Provide coaching to APAC HR Operations team and establish best practice, clear SLA and KPIs for high quality service delivery.
- Oversee policy management for Asia Pacific and Middle East in the local geographies and region in accordance with local legislative requirements and corporate standards.
- Understanding of country legislation where CAPCO operate and ensure any changes are reflected in a timely manner in the processes.
- Accountable to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems in Asia or Global.
- Deliver pro-active analysis and consultation on HR trends (e.g. attrition analysis, retention studies) to identify improvement opportunity areas and establish action plans to address.
- Work with Global HR Operations team and wider enterprise functions to determine any HR processes need re-engineering as part of audit and compliance requirement reviews.
